seller won't respond to message for clarification of item
I have messaged 3 times. no answer. On fourth request I asked them to call me if it would be easier. Then I saw we're not supposed to do that. I tried to retract the last message and system won't let me.
I just need someone to respond to my questions about photos compared to description and timing of delivery because their shipping link in the listing doesn't work.

If they won't respond, not much can do but find another seller.

If the seller did not respond after 3 messages, and you have not purchased the item yet it would be best to move on and find a different seller.
