Seller wont respond to additional postage due on purchase
I purchased a couple items from a seller who offered free shipping. They offered a discount on the items for buying multiple items which is why I bought 2 of the same item. When the package arrived, there was an additional $6.70 postage due. I have been trying to reach the seller for 4 days with zero luck. I can't find anything on ebay specific to additional postage due. I don't know what to do. I don't like the idea of leaving negative feedback and I don't understand why someone would risk their great rating over $6.70 shipping. I've been on ebay since 2001 and I was VERY DISAPPOINTED when someone left me neutral feedback! Any suggestions or direction I should go?

I don't blame you for not being happy with the postage due notice. If the Seller printed their label through eBay and used USPS you should NEVER have been charged the Postage due, the APV system should have charged the Seller for the deficient postage and the package delivered to you without issue.
Does the Seller have a high Feedback count or very low. If the former they are scamming you, if the ladder they may not have experience shipping things.
Did the Seller ship via Media Mail and the item(s) are not covered by Media Mail?
