Seller won't respond, Ebay deleted negative feedback.
Hi! I have a seller who is not shipping or communicating. Inquired and said they would ship out that day. 5 days later still no shipment and no communication. Let a professional yet scathing negative feedback based on my experience and re-emphasizing past feedback's problems. Ebay deleted the feedback and now I'm left wondering what to do since there is no way to directly contact Ebay. So the seller can keep/steal my money and I have to wait two months for Ebay to intervene?

Mentor5 months ago@fearofghosts. What is the last estimated delivery date on your purchase history?
Sellers can have handling times of 0 to 40 days. They just have to make sure that the item arrives by the last estimated delivery date stated on the listing.
The tracking is for the sellers protection to prove delivery. You are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
Sorry your purchase didn't go smoothly. Here's how to get your money back.
Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when it is one day PAST the last estimated delivery date .
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.
Select your item on this page to start a refund request:

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.

Mentor5 months agoHi @fearofghosts
eBay posts a link to their Money Back Guarantee on every listing. Next to the item in your Purchase History is an option to report that you haven't received an item.
Unless you've waited too long, here's what to do...
Check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. When that date has passed, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.
You mentioned waiting two months. If that's the case, you're too late to get help from eBay, but you can contact your credit card company about a chargeback.
