Seller won't respond
I bid on an item and this noticed popped up. You are unable to purchase this item due to restrictions from the seller. Please contact the seller for more information. (3008). I did nothing to this seller. Bought 1 item 2 years ago and paid with no issue. Even talked to him as recent as 12/23. Now I receive this notice for no apparent reason and can't contact anyone at EBay for help. Anyone have suggestions.
