seller wont respond
Ive purchased and item and the seller hasnt responded or shipped. There is a pretty long ship date and it wont let me cancel the order. I can tell Im not going to recieve this I purchased it a week ago,the seller has no selling record and they wont respond. Im moving this weekend so even if they ship it now I wont recieve it. What should I do they wont r4spind so I cant c0ntact them to cancel it. Thank you.

What is the estimated date of delivery? Has that date passed already?
If so, follow the instructions in the previous response.

Mentor2 years agoAfter the last estimated delivery date you can file an item not received case. The seller will have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery. If the seller does not cooperate, ask eBay to step in and refund you.
