Seller won't refund me, item was delivered to the wrong address, so it shows that it was delivered
I ordered item on Jan 20, I never received it, seller stated that it was lost in delivery and he would refund my money, the next day it was delivered to a business and signed for, "not me, I am a residence", I put in a request with eBay, item shows that it was delivered so I can't seem to get anywhere. And I can't seem to talk to anyone human...just a stupid automated system that sends me in circles that go nowhere. Is it not possible to talk to a customer service representative? This makes me never want to use eBay again....SO FRUSTRATED!!!!

OP1 year agoI started my correspondence with the seller 7 days after the order was placed...he has continued to state that he was going to refund me but never did. And then he claims that it was delivered, but it was to a different location. I didn't realize that I needed to go to "eBay" for help until it was too late.

It is too late at this point for eBay to help in this instance. The Money Back Guarantee time limit is 30 days.
You need to contact your funding source to begin a payment dispute.
