Seller wont refund 147053546960
Is there a way to get EBay to look at a case this is stuck because the seller has found a way around refunding the item, seller refused to accept shipped back broken item, but Ebay is waiting for the item to arrive with the seller, I have tried to call, email and chat with EBay, but all I get is the robot that has 3 default answers!!!

OP6 months agoOf course I filed a return request and a case was opened, I returned the item per EBay's instructions and then received the item back from Fedex. The seller is using the "wait till item has been received" as we way not to refund me.

OP6 months agoI shipped the item using the prepaid item label prepared by Ebay and took it to a Fedex location to be mailed back , Fedex accepted the item, provided me proof of shipping, then shipped it. Today the item is back at my doorstep. the case shows that the seller still has not received the item, I contacted the seller and his reply was: "I responded back to the Ebay email and authorized a full refund and asked that since the item was broken in transit it could be destroyed. The item was not broken when delivered to Fedex." on Feb 3 2026 which is 11 days now!!! I should make a commercial for ETSY!!!
