Did you file an official return claim through eBay or are you just working it out through eBay messaging with the Seller. If the latter they will string you out past the 30 days from receipt that you are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
Wrong items are NOT as described:
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.

OP10 months agoAsking ebay to step in isn't an option on my drop down list. The seller told ebay they had provided a way to return it, but they haven't. Also received item not as described isn't an option on my page either. When I use the chat...it's automated, so I'm getting nowhere.

Mentor10 months agoIf the seller has already refunded you then you will not be able to print an eBay return label.
Once the system THINKS that the seller provided a return label then the option to ask eBay to step in is no longer available.
If the seller has NOT refunded you then try the print return label button on this page>

If that doesn't work then contact customer service and inform that the seller has not provided a valid return shipping label>
