seller won't honor warranty
4' LED tube failed within weeks. contacted seller numerous times requesting a replacement, but requests are ignored. Is there a way to speak to an actual customer service rep at EBAY?

An eBay service rep won't do anything. Is there a manufacturer's warranty statement on the tube's factory package? If so you may have to pursue that. One challenge will be trying to prove that the installation site did not induce a shortened life for the LED tube ... it could have been caused by a power surge, etc.
