seller won't give refund for cancelled order
Seller sold item that they did not have in stock. Sent a messaged saying that the item was out of stock and go through ebay to cancel. I told them they need to just cancel the order and give refund. They refused, so I cancelled the order and they still won't give refund. Ebay making me wait more days to get my refund and allowing the seller to hold my funds when it has been established that the Seller does not have the item and they won't give refund. As well, I left poor feedback with honest assessment of my experience and ebay has removed the feedback before I've gotten my refund.

OP9 months agoAs a buyer, I am losing all trust I've had in ebay for over 20 years.
