SELLER WONT CANCEL SALE AND HAS GONE AWAY FOR A MONTH WITHOUT SHIPPING.

SO I WANTED A PURCHASE BY THE 8TH OF 8TH, WENT AND PURCHASED IT THE SELLER HAD ONLY A FEW SALES SO I WAS SCEPTICAL HAVING BEEN BURNED BEFORE BY LOWER PRICES AND LESS SALES TO BE LEFT WITHOUT PRODUCT OR REFUND.
NOT WANTING TO FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP I ASKED WHY WOULD IT TAKE A MONTH TO GET TO ME , NO ANSWER SO I TRIED TO CANCEL PURCHASE LESS THAN 6 HOURS AFTER BUYIG IT . EBAY REFUSED TO CANCELL.
GREAT IM THINKING ILL GET STICHED UP AGAIN BY EBAY .SO OK THEN WHEN WILL IT SHIP OUT THE SELLER SENDS ME A PRIVATE NOTE ON THE 5/7 THIS MONTH.
STILL WAITING.
HIS SALES ITEMS HAVE DISSAPEARED
CAN I JUST CANCEL THE PAYMENT MY END THREW MY VISA CARD ?
OR DO I WAIT AND LOOSE MY MONEY AGAIN

Mentor1 month agoYou need to follow eBay policy. Go to your purchase history and see what the last estimated delivery date is for the item. You can open an "Item not received" case one full day after this date and not more than 30 days. The seller has three days to prove with tracking that the item was delivered or is still moving through the carriers system. If they cannot do this you go back to the case and "Ask eBay to step in" and eay will force a refund.
If you go to your card first eBay will no longer help you and any decision by your card will be final.
