seller wont answer my email about a warranty
I bought a turbo for my diesel truck and the seller posted a 1yr warranty . I sent an email and he hasn't answered it. Its been 2wks now and no answer.

When you purchased the item, did you ask how to use the warranty if need be?
Was it a manufacturer warranty or did you purchase a third party warranty?
Almost all items sold on eBay have no warranty. Only items sold by factory dealers are covered. Items sold by others are second hand sales and are often not covered even if the item was never used. The buyer would have to purchase a third party warranty.
