seller wont answer emails and wont send my item
seller has refused to send my item says now I need to pick them up but wont send a pick up address and he won't give me my refund either and wont answer any emails so I asked for a refund tru ebay and he refused ebays is helping him rip me off

-First, if you purchased something with shipping then you only have to wait one day past the original estimated delivery date to file an eBay claim via the item in your Purchase history that you did not receive it. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund. You do NOT have to be in contact with the Seller during this process. You have 30 days to file that claim.
