Seller won't accept return of defective item
I am returning your motor because it does not work. I had an authorized Carrier HVAC technician install the motor. He could not get it to operate and informed me that the – Fault Code 44, "Cannot Communicate with Blower," indicated a communication fault between the motor control module and the blower motor. It is unable to relay signals properly. Buyer won't accept return. I tried activating gaurantee money back policy. I entered the info 4 days after return request and nothing happens, what do I do?
