Seller won't accept payment via credit card.
Three times I have tried to pay seller with my credit, but the payment is not accepted. Contacted seller who stated he would cancel the order. The same message continues to appear as unpaid. this needs a resolution. Please help I have been an ebay for 16 years and have never experienced this fiasco. Bob Benzing
