Seller won’t send or reply I have asked to cancel and my request was denied. What do I do now
How long is someone suppose to wait for flakey sellers?

Sellers are not required to provide tracking until a case has been filed or answer questions, though many will do so as a matter of good customer service. Nor are sellers required to cancel just because a buyer asks, particularly if the seller has already shipped.
If the seller will not ship or cancel, you can file an "item not received" case starting the day after the last estimated delivery date shown at the time of your purchase. If the seller does not cooperate, after three business days, ask eBay to step in and force a refund.

OP1 year agoThe problem I had was I ordered a golf club , it then showed the date of delivery. When the date of delivery came and went , I looked and the seller hadn’t even sent it out . I ordered on 4/5/2025 and nothing has been sent . I contacted seller twice with NO reply. So sellers can post items for sell , snag a buyer and keep the money and item ? How’s that fair ? It’s fraud

Mentor1 year agoThe correct report for your issue is to file an item not received. You have to wait until the estimated delivery date has passed to open the request.

OP1 year agoI ordered the item on the 5th of April, I did report it as not delivered and they can see when I ordered it and when I contacted the seller which the seller never replied. This is Easter Sunday . The delivery date has long passed. I reported it and asked for the item to be canceled and it was denied! This is crazy on eBay’s part and for watching a scam happening.

The seller is the only one that can cancel the order, but they are not required to cancel.
But eBay protects you if you did not receive the item.
What reason did eBay give for closing the "item not received" request?

If eBay won't help you, reach out to your payment processor. Paypal? Credit card? You have protection with them.

OP1 year agoI placed the order , it gave a shipping date . I waited till the shipping date arrived and passed . I then message the seller and waited 7 days for a reply , I tracked item and it said it was only paid for NOT shipped . No reply or anything to my message. How is that appropriate or good business? Seller got my money then never shipped . I then tried to cancel and it was denied . Seems suspect to me. I got ahold of PayPal and showed them my evidence. They immediately gave me my funds back not sure why the seller didn’t send nor respond. I then gave seller a bad review. It was definitely warranted
