Seller won’t send item or message me back
I purchased and item back in September and after about three weeks seller contacted me and told me sorry for the delay and that I would receive my item by next week. That was over a month ago. I have reached out to the seller a few times without any response. Sadly there is no money back guarantee. I asked eBay to help but they are worthless. Any suggestions?

Mentor2 years agoYou waited pass the deadline of 30 days to have ebay help you. File a dispute for a refund with the payment processor.
Next time never wait but a couple of extra days pass the estimated delivery time to file for an Item Not Received on ebay, no matter what the seller says.
