Seller won’t send a real return label
I bought an automatic watch winder. Item arrived dead in the box and would not work. Contacted seller and they said they’d send a return label. They sent a tiny picture of a return label, not a real label. I’ve tried saving the picture and printing it but it’s so small it won’t print clear. I’ve tried pressing and holding on the picture to see if any opting like “print†or download or anything come up and nothing. It’s literally nothing but a tiny picture of a return label. I’ve contacted them multiple times about it and asked them to send me a REAL return label or a link to one that I can print and they only respond with “that’s a real label, you have to print that oneâ€.
I’ve sold and shipped many items on FB groups that I’m on and I use pirate ship and KNOW how a shipping label works and KNOW that a real label can be sent/forwarded via a link or clickable picture. I can’t find any way to contact eBay (what a complete joke they’ve become). This is my only option. I’ve already left a very negative review of the seller as well because I’m sick and tired of their antics.

Mentor1 year ago@yellowzuk. Is the seller in another country? If so they cannot send a ebay label, they have to send you the money to your PayPal account to pay return shipping BEFORE you return the item.
Contact customer service on social media and let them know that the seller is not providing a VALID return label as required. If they are in another country and ebay says to return it and the seller will refund you for return shipping afterwards that cannot be done. eBay cannot make a seller refund more than the original sale amount.
