Seller wonâ€™t return my money

Question

I purchased a doll. It never came. Seller said they would refund me. Now the seller is not responding. This has been going on for a month. I sent a complaint to eBay and they havenâ€™t responded. Can anyone help me?

What was the estimated date of delivery?

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€

If it is too late to file a dispute on Ebay, you can file the Item Not Received dispute in PAYPALâ€™s Resolution Center.
