Seller won’t respond or send my item it’s been 5 days I want my refund eBay is impossible to reach this is terrible.

eBay has a solution for you when a Seller fails to ship an item. Wait one day past the original estimated delivery and file a claim that you did not receive your item. You do this via the item in your Purchase history. Follow the steps in the claim to lead to an eventual refund.
