Seller won’t respond
I ordered a product 6 days ago and up until now I still don’t have a tracking for it. Seller won’t respond to me after many attempts at reaching them. I didn’t want to cancel the order because I’m not sure if it’s on its way or not. I need the product as soon as possible. What should I do?

You can't cancel the order. Only a seller can cancel an order. Buyers can only request the seller to cancel an order. If the seller has been ignoring your messages, I'd expect him to ignore such a request as well.
I was in the same boat not long ago. No item, no communication, no nothing. All you can do is wait until the last Estimated Delivery date has passed, then initiate an Item Not Received dispute for a refund. Sorry the news isn't better.
Relying on eBay sellers for time-sensitive items is an iffy business. Most of the time, it'll work out okay. Once in a while, you find a dud. Your number came up.

Mentor2 years agoIf the order does not arrive by the last estimated delivery date shown in the purchase history, the next day you can file an "item not received" case with eBay. The seller will have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery or a refund. If not you should be able to ask eBay to step in and refund you directly.
