Seller won’t pay return shipping charge on defective item.
Contacted seller back and fourth several times to resolve this. Seller was selling several of the same size and style sandals. The blanket listing stated some run large, but didn’t say the ones I bought ran large, said there were defects, but didn’t point out any defect. So why should I have pay for the return shipping label?

Mentor3 years agoDefects are supposed to be described in the listing, but when you see listing in like this you should either buy fro someone else or ask the seller questions before you buy.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
