Seller with two different user names .
I have bought from a seller an item where he was listed from Maryland and shipped from Harrisburg, Pa. This seller I believe has another user name from Maryland that sells similar relics with many fakes or fabrications. I do believe these two accounts are from the same person. My questions is is it legal to have two accounts ?

Yes. eBay even suggests it; e.g., one for buying, one for selling, one for posting in the forum, etc. You must use a separate email account for each eBay account. And the different accounts must never interact.
