Seller will.not cancel order
I bought items they then wanted more money from me so sent them a cancellation but they will not cancel or refund my money

Mentor3 years agoIf you have already paid and the seller does not either cancel and refund or ship, then you can file an "item not received" case starting the day after the last estimated delivery date.

The seller will have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery; after that, you can ask eBay to step in and refund you directly.
