Seller will not stop messaging me
I recently purchased an item. It came in damaged, I reported it and was offered a portion of my money back and keep item. I refused this and I was then offered a larger portion back, which I also declined and stated I would be happy to return item but I needed a replacement. I was then offered another larger amount. At this point the process has lasted a week( 1 message or offer per day plus intaial message with explanation and pictures). I was at the point of really needing the item so I accepted the last offer. That amount was credited to me very promptly. I then purchased it from another seller. Once it came in and was installed without any problems, I provided feedback on first seller explaining my issues. I have since received a message everyday stating they would refund the remainder of my purchase price but I had to give them additional information to process it. I stated the first partial credit went through without needing this and I would not give them anymore information. I also informed them I did not want to be contacted again and they could keep the remainder of my credit. I still get a message each day. I would just like for them to stop contacting me. Any advice?

Mentor1 year agoIf you are using a desktop browser and the "classic" message format (as opposed to the newer
"chat-style" format), you should see options to block or report messages from the message page.
