    Seller will not ship to Florida,Georgia or South Carolina
                     

    Someone please help me!!

    I am brand new here

    I have the wining bid for clothing,but

    I cannot buy it because the Seller refuses to ship to my home state(Florida)

    What in the world should I do?

    Did I do something wrong in my purchase?

    I'm sorry you found such a disagreeable seller 😞

     

    Did he say why he won't ship to certain states?  eBay does not allow you to exclude specific states in the US, but, you can't force him to ship to you. You can report him for violating policy, but wait until he cancels and refunds your payment - then you'll have proof.
