Seller will not ship
Seller will not ship after purchase and has relisted the item under a different seller name for a higher price. I alerted eBay that this seller is a scammer but nothing is being done.

Mentor2 years agoIf the seller refuses to refund you or ship, you can file an "item not received" case the day after the last delivery date, and three days later if the seller still has not refunded you, ask eBay to step in and force a refund.
