seller will not send prepaid return label for faulty goods
seller tells ebay he has sent postage label, when all he did was put his address on his reply. he is avoiding paying return postage. he is a serial offender according to his feedback. cant get in touch with ebay - going around in circles

Mentor2 years agoHave you opened a return request? If yes, got here and click ask us to step in. If you don’t see that option, wait another day - the seller gets 3 full business days to respond.
If not, open the request now so that eBay can help.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
