seller will not send a return label

Question

Since I received the item on July 13 I found out it does not fit so I contacted the seller foe a return label and here I sit waiting for a return label with no response from the seller and it has been more than 5 business days

@butchie1966 Sellers are only required to provide return shipping labels for buyers remorse returns ( doesn't fit is a remorse return) IF they offer FREE returns.

If the item is not as described then the seller is required to provide a return label.

You can ask eBay to step in and help on the 4th business day if the seller has not provided a return label for an item that doesn't match the pictures or description.

How to ask eBay to step in

Find the item in your Purchases.
Select See request details (if your item didn't arrive) or See return details (if you're trying to return an item).
Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.

@butchie1966 What is the seller's return policy? Sellers do not have to take back items if the return reason is doesn't fit UNLESS they have Free Returns OR Buyer pays returns.
