Seller will not return my money
returned an item to eBay seller on September 15 never response to October 3 and now holding my money it will not return to me. We will not respond. How tried to contact eBay with no luck since they have tried to put similar items in cart and does not let me. I’m assuming they have me blocked. Not sure what to do

If you opened a return request, go to your return and click 'ask us to step in'. eBay will force the refund as long as tracking shows delivered to the seller.
If you did not open a return, call your credit card issuer. Ask them to open a dispute for a return with no refund.
