Seller will not respond with pick up location
I have sent two requests to the seller asking where the local pick up location is for my merchandise. It has been more than five days and seller has not responded. Now eBay says I have to wait till Aug 16! Five days ago I spoke to an actual person at eBay and they told me to wait 3 days. Now they tell me I have to wait till Aug 16. I have not been able to speak to any one at eBay for help. I keep getting sent to the same useless help pages. How do I actually speak to someone and get help? The seller has already been paid on Aug 3.
