Seller will not respond to my messages nor will they ship my item.
I paid for an item. Seller stated they would ship it yesterday. They did not! I have sent 4 messages, they will not respond or ship my item! I think they may be a scammer

Mentor1 year agoSellers are not required to provide tracking until a case is opened after the last estimated delivery date, nor are sellers required to respond to questions, though many will as a matter of good customer service.
The seller may have already shipped without tracking, or the tracking may not have been updated in a timely fashion.
If the item does not arrive by the last estimated delivery date and there is still no tracking, the next day you can start an "item not received" case with eBay. If the seller does not provide tracking that shows delivery within three business days, at that point you can ask eBay to step in and refund you. If you take no action within twenty-one business days of starting a case, the case is closed without a finding, so do not wait too long.
