Seller will not respond to emails.
Seller said there would be a delay. I waited. I've been trying to contact seller for a few months now. No reply. I have no item and no refund. Tried to get eBay help, but AI is not useful. Any suggestions?

OP3 weeks agoThank you both for your input. Looks like I'm screwed then. I've been on eBay since 1999 and this is the first time I had any issue with a seller so I am not familiar with the "money back guarantee" policy. Much appreciated.

Mentor3 weeks agoA few months? It sounds like you may have waited too long.
Go to your Purchase history and locate the item. Look at the estimated delivery date. When it is at least 1 day past that date, but not more than 30 days past, you can file a refund request for Item Not Received. The seller will have 3 days to respond with either a tracking number showing Delivered or refund you in full. If the seller does neither, on day 4, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
If it is past the 30 days, you can contact your credit card issuer, if that is how you paid, about a charge back. Most credit card issuers can help for up to 180 days from the transaction.

Mentor3 weeks agoeBay's money back guaranty is only good for a limited time. Either 30 days from receipt of the item or 30 days from the last estimated delivery date shown in your purchase history. Once these deadlines have passed eBay can no longer help you. You should now go back to your payment source and ask what help they can give to you. Each payment source will have their own deadlines so do not wait.
