Seller will not respond to 3 messages asking for refund. Book ordered starts on page 93. 1-92 not
There. eBay help is no help! A connection with a fee. Written it was fully refundable. The source asks fir credit info. Am unwilling to offer that. Much has been written easy to sign up, difficult to exit. eBay has not served this longtime user well. The amount involved is minuscule but that is irrelevant. The book sent to me as Good, is a fraud from the seller. Dry **bleep** at ebay and the seller Second Sale.

Mentor3 years agoGo to your purchase history. Click on the item and follow the instructions for a refund for an item not as described. It is automated, so no need to contact the seller.

just vexed to have to spend so much time on a very small amount, irrelevant. Fraud. No novel starts on page 93. Again, merci beaucoup and I fervently hope there will be an end.

Mentor3 years agoIf you searched online for an eBay phone number, and when called you were asked to pay, you have found a scammer, not eBay. eBay does not have a public number for customer service.
If an item you received on eBay is not as described, you can return it at the seller's expense for a full refund.
