Seller will not respond; has not sent item.
Seller will not respond, and has not sent the order. Ordered on the 5th, and the final due date was the 13th. I tried to open a case, but I keep getting an Oops message that tells my to try back later. Is there another way to get ahold of someone from ebay? I just need my money back at this point. I see another feedback showing the same problem.

Mentor3 years agoTry using the eBay app, if possible to start the "item not received" case -- I seem to be able to get farther along in the process using the app than when using a desktop browser. At least three users have indicated that they were able to successfully start an "item not received" case through the app when the browser link gave that error message.
