seller will not respond

Ordered an item and seller created a shipping label. NOW it has sat there for three days with no movementEbay just runs you in circles when asking for help

Did you check your seller's feedback profile before buying from them, If not you should. Your seller could have a fair number of feedback and a 100% rating but all for buying before. Usually a new seller's listing says "This seller has not received any feedback" . If they have selling feedback but they are over a year old, or your seller is new. They may not know about the 21-30 day hold ebay places on new or returning sellers payments, and how to deal with it to get the funds released.

If the item is coming from outside of the U.S. and the international shipping agency they use partners with USPS, UPS, FedEx. You will receive their domestic tracking number, but it will not update until the item reaches the U.S. clears customs, and is handed off to the domestic final mile delivery agency.

@uxxt_89 . I understand that this is frustrating however all you can do is keep an eye on the last estimated delivery date and file a refund request if the item is late arriving. Sorry your purchase didn't go smoothly. Here's how to get your money back. Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when it is one day PAST the last estimated delivery date . You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.
