Seller will not respond
How do you get resolution if seller has been unresponsive and the 90-day window has now elapsed. Doesn't seem to be any way to get a real Ebay representative involved (Like I'm accustomed to from Amazon)

Ebay's Money Back Guarantee is valid for 30 days, not 90, so there is nothing you can do through Ebay.
What is the issue...not received or not as described?
If it was not received, you can file a Paypal dispute up to 180 days from date of purchase if you used Paypal, or contact your funding source.
