seller will not respond
in aug 23 24 i purchased a small instant hot water heater when it arrived it smelled burnt i sent a message to the seller but he would not respond ,I also purchased the allstate protection plan and can not get anyone to respond at all,i sent the seller a message thu another item that he is selling and he did respond at first and when i told him that i have a problem with a different item he stop responding to me
