Seller will not responce to my email for about 2 months. Need help. Ebay is not responing either.
I bought an alternator from a seller with a factory warrenty of 5 years. The alternator had a bearing noise from the first day and now it quit charging. I have put about 8,000 miles on the vehicle. Should last longer than that. Now I can not get the seller to answer my email about the warrenty. Fact is they do not respond at all. Contacted ebay and they put me on hold and will not say anything except for music on the phone. NOT MUCH HELP. Ebay is supposed to help you out with any issues. Not happening at all. I have been a loyal customer for a long time and expected better help. I have been on hold for over 10 minutes

Ebay can no longer help you since the 30 day Money Back Guarantee has expired in your case.
Warranties can only be issued by the manufacturer or authorized dealer for the manufacturer. Ebay sellers cannot issue warranties on their items unless they work for the manufacturer.
Most credit card companies will let you file a dispute within 180 days from date of purchase.
