Seller will not reply
I need measurements on a hat I want to purchase, seller won’t reply…? I can NOT buy it, if it’s too big or too small and they don’t list the details. How do I get further in contact with them?

Mentor2 weeks agoSellers are not required to respond to messages from buyers, but most sellers will do so as it is good customer service.
If this particular seller will not respond, it is time to look for another seller that wants your business.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf the seller will not reply to your questions about the item, I would move on. There is no other way to contact the seller other than sending a question through Ebay messaging.
