Seller will not refund me despite admitting the sent me the wrong item.
I reached out to seller. Because they sent me the wrong item. They have been hard to get a reply from and will not tell me if they have what they were suppose to send me.
I filed with ebay that I never received the item and asked for a refund. Now the seller is saying I have to file to ask for a refund a different way but when I try ebay says I can not do that now.
This is so frustrating and the seller seems paranoid and has been accusing me of being rude when all I did was ask questions. please advise. I am about to just give up and ever buy on ebay again.
