Seller will not refund for item returned
Who do you contact if the seller is not refunding you your full payment, but instead is offering a $4 refund for a $32 item and is telling me to keep it and sell it. I have NEVER had this problem before so I do not know who to contact to get help with this. I am beyond frustrated. Thank you so much for any information/suggestions

Can you ask eBay to step in? That should be possible if you a requested the return officially.
