Seller will not refund a purchase that’s misleading.
I purchase a replacement air fryer grill that the description states it’s 7.87†. When it actually arrived after 10 days it’s too big (8.6â€). Seller offered 15% refund at first then 70%, then 80% in which I replied to sent me a return label and 100% full refund. So now I said just give 90% refund and seller replied to send them my PayPal. I don’t think I have to since they got paid thru PayPal. Seller is giving me the runaround for more than a week. eBay is not really helping me on this so I don’t know what else to do. Thank you.
