seller will not refund
Seller will not refund a fuel pump for a 2015 Hellcat Challenger. It was a fit as per Ebay listing. Got part in and wasn't even close to right part. I did not install or alter part. Seller says he does not except returns. Normally, I would let go and eat costs, but I paid $98.00 in part, shipping. Not getting any help from Ebay. I don't want to dispute with PayPal but feel this is an appropriate case to do so. Your thoughts?

Mentor1 year agoGo to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. Select a reason. For Not as Described, you will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, s/he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
If the seller has a No Returns policy, and you state a buyer's remorse reason, the seller can decline the return. If the seller accepts the return, then you pay return shipping.
