    Seller will not provide info for return
                     

    I purchased an item that seller accepted a return request.

    However, they will not provide phone number as this is needed by UPS for international shipping.

    When I try to get ebay to call me on this my phone rings once and then they hang up.

    Why is Ebay call back not working? It doesn't even give me a chance to answer!!!

    HOW CAN I GET HELP ON THIS!!!!!

    It finally worked and i was able to answer. the phone system was not working right and cutting off before i could answer.

    If you are unable to get a call back, that may be for several reasons; a location outside of North America, VOIP phone, and call blockers (personal or that of a service provider) are often issues.
