Seller will not provide a return shipping label. Purchase is from China. eBay customer service is no
Please advise. I purchased 2 bracelets that guaranteed they were 14k gold. The bracelets arrived and are marked 925 for Sterling Silver. I also provided acid testing proof that the bracelets are not 14k gold.
The 2 sellers accepted the return but will not provide a return shipping label. The bracelets came from China. I have asked for eBay to step in but the automated system continues to go around in circles and does not provide help. There doesn’t seem to be a way to get a customer service representative involved.
This experience has been very frustrating. Customer service is very poor.
Can anyone tell me how to get to an actual customer service agent to receive a refund for this fraudulent item?

Mentor7 months agoIf the seller is from another country, s/he will have to send enough funds to cover return shipping, because the seller cannot provide a shipping label good in this country, or refund in full without having you return the item. If the seller does neither, click on the link to Ask ebay to step in, when it shows up in the case.

You must wait a minimum of three full business days (to the hour) before you can ask eBay to step in. Have you done that?
