Seller will not give a refund on the item
The item didn’t appear to be the same as what was sent, I want to return these shoes shoes and the seller won’t accept

If you buy an item on ebay that is not as described, it does not matter what a seller's return/refund policy is, because ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) trumps their policy. Go to your purchase history find the listing ad click on the More Actions button. On the page that opens select Return this item, a list of reasons for the return will appear, select Does not match description or photos. Follow through to file the dispute which will appear on your history / Returns with a blue Check the status of my request button. The seller will have 3 days to respond to the dispute by either sending you a return shipping label or issuing a full refund if they do not want to pay the return shipping cost. If they do not respond, make excuses or ask you to close the dispute. On day four, Go to the dispute and click on the Ask ebey to step in button. A refund will be issued from the seller's account.
