seller will not answer my messages

Question

Seller will not answer my messages after they sent me the wrong item. I would like them to send out the correct item that I ordered.

If you received the wrong item less than 30 days ago, you are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.

You would need to go to that transaction in your Order Details and open an Item Not as Described refund request. The Seller will have three business days to respond with either a prepaid return label or a refund. If the Seller does not respond on time, on the 4th day go back to your request and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.

You need to open that refund request on eBay to start the refund process.

You will need to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee to file a Return Request.

Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. â€œwrong item received". Attach a photo.
IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
