Seller will not allow a return

Question

I recently made a purchase for Nespresso coffee pods. I searched for original pods, the item came up, it was not listed as a Vertuo Pod and I purchased it. I got the items, in perfect order except they are not compatible with my machine. I need original pods. The seller closed the case, it says I can't appeal it and they have not responded to my message. Is there anything I can do?

If the Seller does not offer returns and if you requested a refund because the item doesn't fit, the Seller has the option to decline the return.

If you were able to return them, you would need to pay return shipping and the Seller could deduct the original shipping from the refund. But in this scenario, the case is closed.
