seller will not accept return of defective item. What to do?
Item is an Amazon Kindle that is on Amazon's blacklisted list and therefore cannot be registered to my Amazon account. It will not be usable. How do i get ebay to guarantee the purchase when the seller will not accept a return? I cannot use the website because it does not let me get to a page that fits this circumstances. Thanks, for any help.

Mentor2 years agoThe seller's stated return policy only applies to "remorse" returns.
If an item does not match the description, eBay's money back guarantee applies. The seller does not have to accept a return, but eBay will force the seller to refund if you start the case in the required time and then ask eBay to step in.
